  1. Take regular breaks throughout the day to relax and clear your head. Listen to music that helps you unwind and refocus your energy.

  2. Cultivate relationships with other musicians. It's so helpful to talk with people who understand what you're trying to do!

  3. Take care of your body. Regular exercise along with a healthy diet sets you up for success when it's time to make music.
