Welcome back to Music Class

I like to check in with all of my students at the beginning of the year even if I've known them for awhile. Expressing interest in who they are as people allows me to establish a positive and supportive relationship with each of them.

This initial connection can set the tone for the rest of the school year and helps to build trust and mutual respect between us.

Today I'm sharing the "Welcome Back" form that my students fill out for me every September. I created 5 different versions for Band, Chorus, Orchestra, Music Class & Piano.

I hope you can use them and please let me know if you'd like a different header - I am open to suggestions!
